- Provide effective governance: ensure adherence or approved deviation to practices and approaches to ensure effective execution.
- Deliver results: Ensure objectives are met and all deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
- Improve continuously: Monitor closely to improve results or enhance processes for future growth and success.
