Basic Function
Primarily responsible for driving new business and growing “key accounts”. Coordination with client services on key account development.
Reporting Relationships
Reports directly to Vice President.
Background requirements

Position Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for developing new business relationships and generating new income for SQA
- Identify target opportunities then aggressively pursue with a systematic sales process
- Forge relationships with range of buyers from C-Level, to VP, Director and Manager
- Leverage leads, marketing campaigns, etc. to cold call
- Presenting SQA and its services to potential new clients through direct communication
- Coordinate and lead team selling and service activities for Key Accounts
- Cold call, develop and penetrate Fortune 1000 and SMB’s in search QA/Test challenges
- Use consultative selling approach to uncover opportunities
- Hand off relationships as needed to Client Services organization for business renewal and retention
- Demonstrate territory and account specific development activities
- Qualify opportunities and build/manage pipeline
- Establish Account Plans in close collaboration with Client Services peers to grow revenue streams
- Document activities in company CRM, and other communication platforms
- Achieve and exceed individually established KPI’s
- Responsible for landing new accounts and constant opportunity generation
- Maintain industry and competitive knowledge through trade organization participation and or trade journal review
